She earned her degree from Boston University and completed her residency at Drexel University. Dr. Rue has worked with Jefferson Hospital and Parsley Health, focusing on functional and personalized medicine.

Alice is a valued member of the Inkless team based in New York. She is dedicated to empowering clients as they navigate the tattoo removal journey, whether they seek complete removal or are getting ready for a cover-up. Witnessing the transformation of both the tattoo and the client's self-assurance is a deeply fulfilling aspect of her role.

Meet Ashley, a valued member of the Manhattan/SoHo Inkless team. With her expertise in beauty, she specializes in eyebrow and PMU removal. The most fulfilling aspect of her role is assisting clients in achieving a fresh start, particularly when they gaze into the mirror and see a reflection they adore. Vanessa is the Senior Technician at Inkless Northeast, covering SoHo, Oceanside, Philadelphia, and New Jersey. Since 2015, she specializes in laser tattoo removal and has developed clinical protocols. A licensed esthetician since 2019, she prioritizes skin health and patient safety, ensuring clients feel informed. Bilingual, she assists English and Spanish speakers.

With 25+ years in the laser aesthetic industry, Lorenzo is co-founder of Inkless and lead instructor at the International Laser Academy. He has trained thousands, developed treatment protocols, consulted for major laser manufacturers, and continues a family legacy in advanced laser treatments.

Jeff co-founded Clean Slate Laser, growing it into a leading East Coast tattoo removal company. A tattoo enthusiast and industry mentor, he has treated thousands, supported pro-bono programs, developed initiatives for first responders, and remains a trusted figure in the tattoo removal community.

Colorado native Lorenzo Sr. brings 45+ years of laser industry experience. Founder of the world’s first Laser College, he has trained over 15,000 professionals, consulted for 30+ clinics, mastered 100+ devices, and continues to mentor and guide the Inkless team as a world-renowned laser educator.

Martha is the backbone of the Inkless team, having co-developed one of the most recognized laser clinics and training centers in the industry. With senior experience in finance and technology, she leads operations, growth, and finance, providing trusted, strategic guidance as CFO and a cornerstone of our management team.
