Consultations, Bookings & Payment

• Pricing is provided at the time of consultation or quote and may vary based on the size, location, ink type, and number of sessions required.
• Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• We accept the payment methods listed at booking; payment details are processed securely by third-party payment providers, and we do not store your full card information.
• Package pricing (multi-session plans) is described at the time of purchase. Packages are generally non-transferable to another person unless we agree otherwise in writing.

Treatment Risks & Results Disclaimer
Tattoo, scalp micropigmentation, and permanent makeup removal involve inherent risks, including but not limited to changes in skin pigmentation, scarring, blistering, and incomplete removal. Results vary by individual based on factors such as ink type, ink depth, skin type, and the number of sessions completed. We do not guarantee complete removal or any specific outcome. Any before/after images, testimonials, or results shown on the Site or in marketing materials are illustrative and not a guarantee of your individual results.

Health Information & Informed Consent
You agree to disclose relevant health history (including allergies, medications, skin conditions, and pregnancy status) prior to treatment. You will be asked to review and sign a separate informed consent form in person before your first treatment session, which governs the medical/procedural aspects of your care.

Photo & Media Release
Unless you opt out in writing, before/after photographs or videos taken during your treatment may be used by Inkless for internal records, marketing, social media, or promotional purposes. You may decline this use at any time by notifying us at help@inklesstattooremoval.com; declining does not affect your eligibility for Services.

SMS/Text Messaging Program
If you provide your mobile phone number and opt in through our website, in-office forms, or by other means, Inkless Tattoo Removal may send you SMS/text messages, including:

• Customer service and account-related updates
• Promotional offers, discounts, and marketing messages
